Lever, Inc. is seeking an E-Learning Instructional Designer in Belgium for a six-month fully remote contract. You will transform complex information into engaging digital learning experiences, collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders across an Australian organization.

The role combines instructional design, multimedia development, and learning technology, including Articulate, LMS management, and SCORM, with a focus on accessible, visually appealing resources and strong quality assurance.

Formación

• At least two years of experience in instructional design or training.
• Hands-on experience with Articulate.
• Experience with LMS and SCORM.
• Strong storyboarding and instructional content development skills.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for minor edits.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop interactive digital learning materials using Articulate.
• Collaborate with SMEs to transform complex information into clear online learning.
• Create storyboards and scripts to support learning objectives.
• Manage LMS content and SCORM packaging.
• Conduct usability testing and QA for learner experience.
• Ensure materials meet standards and IP requirements.
• Develop supporting resources and facilitate e-learning delivery.
• Oversee project handover and implementation within timelines and budget.
• Work with stakeholders to deliver high-quality learning on schedule.
• Review and improve existing programs with new instructional methods.
