100Hires, Inc. is seeking Dutch-speaking customer support agents to join an international team in Greece. No prior experience required; full relocation package and comprehensive training are provided. You will handle Dutch-speaking customer inquiries via phone, email or chat, guided by a supportive, multicultural team.

Requirements include fluent Dutch (C1/C2), strong English (B2+), and a willingness to relocate to Greece. This is a full-time remote role within Greece.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2).
• Good command of English (B2 or higher).
• Clear and friendly communication skills.
• Comfortable using computers and digital tools.

• Motivation to learn and develop professionally.
• No previous customer service experience required.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece.

Responsibilities

• Assist Dutch-speaking customers with questions and requests.
• Provide support through phone, email and/or chat.
• Help customers with account, product or service-related enquiries.
• Find practical solutions to everyday customer issues.
• Guide customers through available options and processes.
• Record and manage customer interactions using internal systems.
• Work alongside colleagues in an international environment.
