Job summary

Berkeley Square IT is seeking a DevOps Engineer with strong Linux infrastructure expertise for a fully remote, six-month engagement. The role focuses on deploying and maintaining CI systems using GitLab/GitHub, Jenkins or similar, and supports the broader IT and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse metrics from operating systems as well as applications to assist in performance tuning and fault finding
• Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning
• Participate in automation initiatives to streamline processes, improve efficiencies and reduce hosting cost
• Meeting performance, availability, scalability, reliability, maintainability, and security SLAs.
• Work closely with Product Owner, Platform Team, Solution Architects and development teams for continuous improvement
• Enhance and drive automation and "Infrastructure as Code" delivery
