United Fund for Belgium (UFB) invites applications for a Corporate Fundraising Director in a part-time (50%) remote role. You will connect companies and donors to social projects across Belgium, shaping fundraising strategy and partnerships with the Board to grow annual fundraising from €500,000 toward €1 million by 2029.

You will lead proposals, secure partnerships, and drive social impact with a strong governance framework and a clear commitment to inclusion and ESG goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in corporate fundraising, business development, or partnerships with a proven track record.
• Master’s level degree or equivalent professional experience in related fields.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English with strong proposal and negotiation skills.
• Strategic, financially literate and highly organized to manage multiple relationships.

Responsabilités

• Identify and approach corporate partners and individual donors to build a strong fundraising pipeline.
• Create compelling proposals aligning donor objectives with UFB’s mission and social projects.
• Strengthen existing relationships and encourage ongoing support and engagement.
• Develop fundraising events and engagement initiatives to attract new supporters.
• Shape a focused fundraising strategy and present Board recommendations on services and sustainability.
• Oversee financial management of activities and present annual budget to the Board for approval.
