Job summary

HOFFMAN in Belgium is seeking a Fundraising Manager (interim or permanent) to lead all fundraising activities and develop a new strategy focused on corporate fundraising and major donors.

You will manage a strong donor pipeline, oversee communications across social channels, cultivate community engagement, and produce fundraising materials while maintaining excellent relationships with current supporters and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

We are seeking a Fundraising Manager (interim or permanent) who leads all the fundraising activities in Belgium.

The opportunity

You will be responsible for developing and executing a new fundraising strategy to raise funding over the coming years, with focus on corporate fundraising (large corporates and major donors).

Major responsibilities:

• Manage and develop a strong pipeline of prospective donors
• Manage all donor communications, including social media channels
• Cultivate community engagement
• Develop fundraising/campaign materials, and targeted messaging
• Maintain excellent relationships with a portfolio of current supporters

• Proven professional experience in corporate fundraising
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently
• Experience in working with boards, corporate supporters and major donors
• Comfortable in speaking to large groups with very good presentation skills
• Outstanding communication and relation-building skills
• Pro-active, dynamic, hands-on with strong listening skills
