Job summary

FEDABB, the Federation of Belfius Bank Agents, seeks a Director to drive day-to-day operations and strategic development across Belgium. You will capture COMMVs' needs, translate them into priorities, and lead initiatives with a hands-on, results-oriented approach while maintaining regular on-site presence.

This role requires autonomy, diplomacy, and the ability to work across Dutch- and French-speaking environments, with travel across Belgium.

Qualifications

• Broad generalist experience across operations, services, people, and external partners.
• Experience in optimising and professionalising operations.
• Affinity with financial sector, federation environments or entrepreneurship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and further develop FEDABB.
• Translate needs into clear priorities and initiatives with governance bodies.
• Strengthen member services and develop value through partnerships and collaborations.
• Translate ideas into concrete actions, monitor progress and ensure delivery.
• Combine remote work with regular on-site presence at COMMV’s across Belgium.
• Lead FEDABB’s operational activities with a hands-on, results-oriented approach.
• Provide direction while staying connected to day-to-day operations and stakeholders.
