Job summary

Axis Group is seeking a Contact Center Advisor to engage with customers, advise prospects, and support clients with personalized service. The role offers flexible hours and the option to work from home, with a focus on growth in the financial and insurance sectors.

You will handle daily calls, respond to emails, and schedule appointments while collaborating with a small sales team to expand the client base.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial or sales role within the financial or insurance sector is preferred.
• Knowledge of pensions is advantageous.
• Fluent in Dutch and possesses a good command of French.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work well in a team and be versatile in a multifaceted role.

Responsibilities

• Handle 5–10 incoming calls and 20–40 outgoing calls per day.
• Advise prospects and support customers with personalized attention.
• Sell new subscriptions and provide guidance and follow-up to clients.
• Schedule appointments and respond to emails as part of the sales process.
• Collaborate with two sales colleagues to grow the region and contribute to overall success.
