Axis Group is seeking an experienced transportation and fleet claims manager to be the primary contact for company-vehicle claims. You will manage relationships with medium-sized and large clients, coordinate claim progress, and ensure efficient processing with a customer-focused approach.

You will engage in regular training and mentoring of colleagues, contribute ideas for process improvements, and work with insurers and experts to reach favorable outcomes while maintaining a professional,

Qualifications

• Has experience in claims handling under the RDR, common law, and liability law.
• Fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written; knowledge of French is a plus.
• Clear and efficient communication with a focus on customer needs.
• Independent, structured, proactive in finding solutions.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary contact for claims involving company vehicles.
• Schedule regular meetings with customers to discuss claim progress.
• Stay up to date through training and industry developments.
• Support training of new and less experienced colleagues.
• Contribute ideas on process improvements for efficiency.
• Maintain relationships with medium-sized and large companies.
• Ensure claims are handled with care, clarity, and speed.
• Monitor complex claims from start to finish.
• Discuss with clients, insurers and experts and reach clear agreements.
• Negotiate claims and strive for best outcomes for customers.
• Share information with colleagues on the commercial team.
