Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Remote Support Engineer to provide phone and email support for internal and external customers, focusing on Atellica/Chemistry/Immunoassay troubleshooting. The role emphasizes technical expertise, documentation quality, and driving customer satisfaction.

The candidate will handle assigned tickets, work cross-functionally, and adapt to a fast-paced environment, including evening/night shifts and weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a science-related or engineering field
• Willing to travel up to 20%
• 3-7 years of comparable experience
• Experience in clinical laboratory practice while supporting Atellica/Chemistry/Immunoassay troubleshooting
• Working Hours: Evening/night shift including a weekend day

Responsabilités

• Providing phone/email support for internal/external customers and accurate documentation using the Customer Relations Software Tool
• Demonstrating technical expertise in clinical laboratory practice while supporting Atellica/Chemistry/Immunoassay troubleshooting
• Delivering high-level customer service to improve customer satisfaction and issue resolution
• Taking timely action and ownership on all open tickets to troubleshoot and resolve issues; escalate if necessary
• Meeting/exceeding service level metrics to meet customer/business needs
• Compliance with Siemens pay, T&E policies and RS0 procedures
