Siemens Healthineers is seeking a technical support professional to provide phone and email assistance for clinical laboratory instruments and associated software. You will troubleshoot Atellica/Chemistry/Immunoassay systems and ensure accurate documentation while maintaining strong customer focus.

The role requires a science/engineering background, 3–7 years of experience, willingness to travel up to 20%, and the ability to work evening/night shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in science or engineering (Med-Tech Degree Preferred).
• Willing to travel up to 20%.
• 3-7 years of comparable experience.
• Experience in clinical laboratory practice while supporting Atellica/Chemistry/Immunoassay troubleshooting.
• Working hours include evening/night shift hours, with weekend day availability.

Responsabilités

• Providing phone/email support for internal/external customers with documented tickets.
• Demonstrating high technical expertise in clinical laboratory practice supporting Atellica/Chemistry/Immunoassay.
• Delivering excellent customer service and troubleshooting complex issues to reach resolution.
• Taking ownership on open tickets and escalating if needed to next level support.
• Meeting/exceeding individual service level metrics to support customer needs.
• Complying with Siemens pay, E&E policies and RS0 procedures.
