Leica Biosystems is seeking a Field Service Engineer to conduct installation, maintenance, repairs, and upgrades at customer sites. The role supports life sciences and cancer diagnostics with a focus on reliable service delivery and customer satisfaction.

You will travel internationally, train with the team, and interact with customers to ensure optimal performance of our diagnostic solutions. Remote work options are available for eligible roles, with travel required to various countries.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or vocational training in Mechanical or Electronic disciplines.
Fluent in English; good communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
Willingness to travel internationally and work from customer sites.

Responsabilités

Visit customers for installations, preventive maintenance, repairs and upgrades.
Assist with fault analysis and ensure timely problem resolution.
Coordinate with Sales and Support teams to drive customer satisfaction and service quality.
Provide input to improve product reliability and feedback to business units.
Travel to different countries for product training and on-site deployments.
