Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or electronics.
• Native Dutch speaker with fluent English; French are a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar field.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot, repair, install, upgrade and perform preventive maintenance on Varian Oncology Information Systems according to instructions.
• Act as the primary contact for Varian customers for service and repair needs to keep equipment operating efficiently.
• Work within the Belgium field service territory and communicate professionally with team, customers, management, sales and support.
• Maintain a schedule for preventive maintenance, installations, upgrades and incoming calls.
• Assess urgency of customer requests and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
• Escalate incidents when necessary and request assistance from senior staff.
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues and meet service level targets.
• Submit field service reports and documentation per Varian procedures.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through clear written and verbal communication.
