Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Client Implementation Manager (Card Issuing) based in Belgium to lead end-to-end client implementations for card issuing programs, from planning through launch and closure.

You will serve as the primary client contact, coordinating delivery across technical and business stakeholders. This role requires guiding API integration, testing, and go-live readiness in a remote, international environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in implementation, project management, or client delivery within fintech or payments.
• Strong knowledge of card issuing concepts and issuer processing.
• Excellent written and spoken English for technical communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end card issuing implementations from planning to closure.
• Coordinate delivery across engineering, product, compliance, risk, and support teams.
• Guide clients through card program configuration, BINs, and API integration.
• Contribute to test planning, certification, and go-live readiness.
• Ensure PCI DSS, SCA/PSD2, and card scheme compliance.
• Maintain project documentation and sign-offs for auditability.
