Job summary

Amaris Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Engineering & Automation projects in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. You will coordinate with the MAM department, project engineers, and external stakeholders to drive delivery and compliance.

You will design automation systems that meet GxP standards, manage risk, and ensure timely project execution across the portfolio. English fluency and strong leadership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills to explain complex engineering topics clearly.
• Extensive project management experience with lifecycle ownership.
• Proven leadership track record in cross-functional teams.
• Experience with GMP/GxP environments and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Fluency in English with excellent written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan long-term Engineering & Automation projects.
• Initiate projects per approved schedule and support engineers.
• Manage engineering projects through lifecycle from concept to delivery.
• Design GxP-compliant automation systems for process equipment.
• Represent projects within MAM and with external stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities, priorities, risks, deliverables, and status.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement in projects and processes.
• Support knowledge management through documentation and training.
• Address complex technical challenges impacting priorities.
• Assist portfolio management including resource planning and scheduling.
• Promote safety and quality throughout project delivery.
