Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a CAR-T production supervisor to lead and coordinate a multi-disciplinary team in a GMP/ATMP environment. You will ensure strict cGMP compliance, manage batch records, and drive continuous improvement across production lines.

The role requires strong leadership, quality focus, and the ability to work with MES/EBR systems, MS Office, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting. English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in science, bio-engineering, pharmacy or related field, or equivalent by experience.
• At least 3 years in a GMP/ATMP environment, preferably biotech or pharma.
• Knowledge of cGMP regulations and clean room operations.
• Fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Experience with aseptic GMP production is a plus.
• Familiarity with MES and EBR systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise operational teams within the CAR-T production process.
• Ensure quality and compliance with cGMP standards and support GMP inspections.
• Serve as first point of contact for production issues and collaborate with other departments.
• Manage and review critical documentation in production areas (procedures, work instructions, logs, transfer forms).
• Oversee batch record release and review for quality control.
• Ensure training for all team members to maintain high performance.
• Drive operational excellence by initiating projects to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
