Job summary

Huzzle.com is seeking a high-performing bilingual Sales Development Representative (SDR) fluent in English and French to join an international B2B sales team. You will prospect, perform cold outreach, qualify leads, and book meetings for Account Executives in a fully remote, international environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of B2B outbound sales experience and a track record of booking qualified meetings with decision-makers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B outbound sales experience.
• Fluent in English and French (C1) with strong written and verbal skills.
• Proven experience in cold calling, outbound prospecting and lead generation.
• Experience booking meetings with B2B decision-makers.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach in both English and French.
• Identify and engage key decision-makers within target B2B accounts.
• Generate and qualify leads based on ICPs.
• Book qualified sales meetings and discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Build and manage a consistent pipeline of potential customers.
• Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in CRM systems.
• Personalize outreach messaging to improve response and conversion rates.
• Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to outreach activity, qualified leads, and meetings booked.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outbound strategies.
