Job summary

Huzzle is seeking a high-performing Bilingual Sales Development Representative fluent in English and French to join our fast-growing international team. You will generate qualified leads, book meetings, and support Account Executives across English- and French-speaking markets through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and CRM updates.

The role is fully remote with international client teams; 2–3+ years in outbound SaaS sales and a proven ability to hit targets are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years in SDR/BDR or similar outbound role.
• Fluent in English and French, written and spoken.
• Proven experience in B2B outbound sales, ideally SaaS/tech.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Engage prospects in English and French, adapting to markets.
• Identify and qualify B2B leads based on ICPs.
• Book qualified meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
• Research target companies and key decision-makers for personalized outreach.
• Maintain accurate prospect info and sales activity in CRM.
• Follow up to nurture relationships and generate opportunities.
• Collaborate to optimize outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
• Meet or exceed monthly KPIs for outreach and pipeline generation.
