Job summary

Huzzle Ltd. is recruiting for an independent contractor to drive outbound outreach to business owners in Belgium, the Netherlands, and France.

You will engage in multi-channel campaigns in French and Dutch, qualify meetings with private equity clients, and help sellers explore sales or valuations. You will operate fully remote with international teams, leveraging tools like Google Meet, Slack, Claude, and ChatGPT to optimise sequences and responses.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and Dutch is essential.
• Experience with outbound calls to business owners or decision-makers is required.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail are important.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls in French and Dutch to business owners across Belgium, the Netherlands, and France.
• Generate qualified meetings between business owners and private equity or buy‑and‑build clients.
• Qualify potential sellers and assess alignment with client acquisition criteria.
• Execute multichannel outreach campaigns using phone calls, emails, and handwritten postcards.
• Plan and optimise outreach sequences, messaging, timing, and follow‑ups.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities in the company dashboard.
• Collaborate with the founders to prioritise sectors and refine messaging.
• Gradually participate in and lead meetings with business owners to explain sale processes.
