Job summary
Paulig is seeking a Reliability Engineer to join our Technical Engineering team in Roeselare, Belgium. You will enhance asset uptime, availability and maintainability through engineering expertise, data analysis and proactive maintenance strategies.
Key activities include RCA on equipment failures, condition monitoring, preventive/predictive maintenance, and developing reliability models such as FMEAs and RCIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in electromechanics with strong theory and practical knowledge.
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing processes, preferably in the food industry.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement reliability strategies to improve uptime and reduce maintenance costs.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis on equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor asset health using condition monitoring techniques (vibration, oil, thermography).
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations to plan preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Create and maintain reliability models (FMEAs, RCAs) and analyze performance data.
