Paulig is seeking a Reliability Engineer to enhance the reliability, availability and maintainability of plant assets in our Belgian site. You will analyze data, perform RCA, and develop maintenance strategies to minimize downtime while maximizing asset lifecycle value.
You will collaborate with maintenance and operations teams, apply FMEAs/RCMs, and support capital projects with reliability input during design, commissioning and startup.

You ensure that our plant assets operate safely and efficiently, helping to minimize downtime and maintenance costs while maximizing production output and asset lifecycle value.
