Job summary

Paulig is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance execution at our Roeselare site in Belgium. You will develop and empower the maintenance team while ensuring safety, compliance and alignment with business goals.

In this role you will plan, monitor and improve preventive maintenance, manage external contractors, and drive continuous improvement with a focus on technical performance, safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Masters or Bachelor's in Electromechanical Engineering or similar technical field.
• 5+ years in a maintenance role in manufacturing.
• Experience with food industry is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the maintenance execution team and set clear objectives.
• Oversee preventive maintenance planning and daily execution.
• Monitor safety, quality and compliance of maintenance work.
• Coordinate with external contractors and review service performance.
• Drive continuous improvement in maintenance and technical availability.
