Zusammenfassung

Keytrade Bank seeks a Compliance Regulatory Officer to strengthen its Regulatory Compliance team in Brussels. You will advise on MiFID, deontology, whistleblowing, CRS/FATCA/QI, and marketing, ensuring adherence to internal and external standards.

The role includes drafting procedures and providing daily regulatory support to the business. You will monitor regulatory changes, prepare reports, and coordinate with authorities and auditors.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Law.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Banking or Financial Institutions.
• Knowledge of written procedures and policies.
• Ability to promote awareness via trainings and internal comms.
• Analytical and research abilities.
• Initiative and responsibility with results focus.
• Strong communication, diplomacy and assertiveness.
• Fluent in French or Dutch with English knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Monitor regulatory requirements within Compliance Regulatory.
• Draft, review and update internal procedures and Arkéa Group rules.
• Write procedures and guidelines for new regulations.
• Prepare answers to information requests from authorities, Group and auditors.
• Draft periodical reports to the Group.
• Handle and follow up on projects and processes independently.
• Identify and document regulatory risks.
• Review client communications and marketing materials.
• Conduct training and controls.
