Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of relevant marketing and business development experience in a law firm or comparable professional services environment.
• Experience supporting practices and key stakeholders across European and Asian markets, or within a global organization.
• Familiarity with regulatory subject matter such as privacy, cybersecurity, antitrust, international trade, sanctions, data regulations, or consumer protection.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience using AI or generative AI tools for research, content development, or workflow automation.
• Sound customer service ethic with excellent written and oral communication skills, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development initiatives for regulatory practices in Europe and Asia.
• Coordinate with U.S. teams to ensure cross-border strategy alignment.
• Support marketing materials, pitches, and thought leadership content using AI tools.
• Prepare and deliver customized pitches and proposals for prospective clients.
• Collaborate to maintain experience credentials, matter lists, and pitch content.
