Job summary

Totum Partners is assisting a leading law firm in Brussels to recruit their first Business Development & Marketing Project Manager for the Antitrust/Competition practice. You will lead BD and marketing initiatives for growth, reporting to senior colleagues and integrating with global teams.

Work closely with partners and counsel to develop and execute BD plans, identify opportunities across cross-practice and cross-border contexts, and shape the practice’s market position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years of related BD & Marketing experience.
• Experience in the antitrust and competition is highly desirable.
• Native or business-level fluency in English; proficiency in French, German, or Dutch would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic BD adviser to the Brussels Antitrust and Competition partners, using their priorities to identify and advance opportunities for growth.
• Create and deploy targeted go-to-market campaigns for BD and marketing initiatives.
• Lead on pitches, credentials, and cross-practice collaborations to win new mandates and grow the firm’s client base.
