Job summary

GROHE is seeking a driven Account Manager Projects to strengthen our presence across the North‑West region of Belgium. You will be the face of GROHE in the project market, building trust and driving sustainable growth with investors, developers, architects, designers, and engineering firms.

You will identify opportunities, manage major accounts, and execute a regional sales strategy spanning residential, social housing, hospitality, and real estate sectors.

Qualifications

• Strong project sales experience and ability to manage long sales cycles in construction or related sectors.
• Commercial mindset with talent for identifying opportunities and closing project-driven deals.
• Excellent communication to engage investors, developers, architects, and engineering firms.

Responsibilities

• Identify and convert new project opportunities by building relationships with key decision-makers.
• Execute regional sales strategy across private and public sectors in Belgium.
• Manage and grow key accounts and secure large-scale project wins.
• Promote GROHE innovations in the project market and translate pipeline into results.
