Veeam Software in Belgium seeks a Systems Engineer (pre-sales) to drive technical engagements with partners and end users. You will demonstrate Veeam solutions, support the sales process, and collaborate with resellers and product teams across the region.

The role requires extensive travel (25%–50%), strong virtualization and data-management knowledge, and fluent English, French, and Dutch. A hybrid work setup and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Significant pre-sales experience in an enterprise IT software vendor.
• Deep VMware Virtual Infrastructure expertise.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Hyper-V and System Center.
• Broad knowledge of data management, storage, and networking.
• Willingness to discuss Cloud technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English, French and Dutch.
• Comfortable presenting to groups, remote or in person.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% of the time.
• Self-starter with quick learning in fast-changing environments.
• Comfortable using social media to promote the Veeam community.

Responsabilités

• Position Veeam products to partners and end-users to help exceed sales goals.
• Manage the technical evaluation stage as the main technical advisor.
• Provide web-based and on-site demonstrations of Veeam software.
• Collaborate with value-added resellers, enablement, and joint meetings.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to development.
