NETZSCH Group is seeking a regional sales professional to drive revenue in Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. You will develop and execute strategies, acquire new customers, and nurture existing relationships with a consultative approach.

Travel across the region is expected; you will present technical and commercial solutions, prepare proposals, and support customers from initial contact to contract closure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of successful B2B sales experience in technical products.
• Solid understanding of industrial manufacturing and production processes.
• Strong customer focus with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute regional sales strategy for Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.
• Identify, approach and acquire new customers with proactive business development.
• Manage and develop relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct customer visits, presentations and contract negotiations.
• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals; follow-up on sales agreements.
• Analyze market trends and competitive activities to identify growth.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Aftersales, and Application teams.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline, and CRM records.
• Represent the company at trade fairs and events; ensure customer satisfaction.
