EssilorLuxottica seeks an Area Sales Manager to lead a team of 6–14 Sales Representatives across North Belgium and drive growth for our lenses and frames portfolio. You will report to the Country Managing Director and be responsible for regional sales performance, partnerships, and identifying new opportunities.

Fluency in Dutch and English is required; travel extensively within North Belgium and field coaching will be a significant part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales leadership role within FMCG, healthcare, optics, or related fields.
• Demonstrated success in managing and developing field-based sales teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Experience developing sales strategies, managing budgets, and driving growth.
• Excellent coaching, leadership, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of 6–14 Sales Representatives across North Belgium.
• Drive a high-performance sales culture through goal setting and coaching.
• Conduct field visits to support customer engagement and sales effectiveness.
• Recruit, onboard, and build talent with robust succession plans.
• Develop and execute regional business plans to grow revenue, market share, and profitability.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and support key account development.
