EssilorLuxottica in Belgium seeks a Sales Account Manager to engage independent optician clients and promote our full lens range. You will build and maintain relationships, advocate for premium products, and drive growth through direct and indirect channels.

You will develop training programs, manage customer data, and collaborate with Bespoke/Transitions teams to position EssilorLuxottica as the preferred supplier in the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as an Optician/Optometrist.
• Successful experience in sales account management in a related field.
• Ability to work both autonomously and within a remote team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills Dutch is a must-have, as well as English. French is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Engage independent optician clients with effective account management.
• Advocate our lenses among existing accounts to boost sales through direct and indirect channels.
• Identify opportunities to acquire new clients for lenses and collaborate with team for growth.
• Develop and maintain relationships to promote sales of the full product range.
• Organize training and seminars to improve value-added sales and product range.
• Maintain accurate customer records and reports for relevant accounts.
• Keep knowledge of EssilorLuxottica and competitor products up to date.
• Provide monthly reports, planning sheets, and call reports to management.
• Act as ambassador for EssilorLuxottica lenses brands and collaborate with Bespoke and Transitions teams.
