Job summary

Sidec Company is seeking a Business Developer Flooring to drive growth in the DACH region, with Germany as the main focus. You will fuse prospecting, visits and account management to develop a regional footprint, supported by prepared leads and CRM insights to build lasting customer relationships.

The role requires 3+ years in B2B development, strong German and good English, and willingness to travel within Germany and Belgium. Flexible working hours and remote options are available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B business development, preferably in a technical product environment.
• Experience with structured sales, sales funnels and pipeline management.
• Experience with CRM systems and the discipline to keep customer data, follow-up and pipeline progress up to date.
• Technical affinity and willingness to learn our products and systems in depth.
• Fluent German and good working knowledge of English.
• Based in northern or western Germany with travel within Germany and Belgium.
• Experience in flooring, construction chemicals, building materials or installer markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Combine targeted prospecting and cold calling with follow-up of warm and hot marketing leads.
• Turn prepared opportunities into conversations, visits, first sales and recurring relationships.
• Focus on priority customer segments and scalable growth opportunities.
• Manage sales progress with clear purpose and next steps, supported by CRM data.
• Grow a selected portfolio of existing customers with cross-selling and new development.
• Share market feedback and competitor information with the internal team.
