Responsabilités

• Manage after-sales operations regionally, aligning with company policies and customer needs.
• Handle regional ticket system for technical support across channels and ensure closure.
• Develop and implement strategies to maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and monitor distributor service teams, training, and motivation.
• Plan and deliver OEM-factory visits, field training, and service instructions.
• Oversee warranty processes: claims, parts supply, and escalation handling.
