Le Grand & Associates in Belgium is seeking a proactive recruitment consultant to build your business with corporate clients across the region. You will map recruitment needs, develop long-lasting partnerships, and headhunt top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and AI tools.

You will manage the full lifecycle from client acquisition to candidate onboarding, conducting in-depth interviews to understand career ambitions and align candidates with company culture.
