Job summary

Michael Page Belgium is seeking a results-driven recruitment professional to develop both candidate and client networks in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.

You will source, interview, and assess candidates, while advising clients on market trends and recruitment strategies. The role offers extensive onboarding, merit-based progression, and opportunities to grow within an international, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
• Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French.
• Strong commercial drive and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
