Job summary

Residence Inn by Marriott Brussels is seeking an Operations Supervisor/Junior Operations Manager to lead daily restaurant setup, greet guests, handle check-in/check-out, and ensure Marriott service quality across Day, Evening and Night shifts.

You will work with the Junior Ops Manager to ensure health and safety, multi-task service, and support reception duties while fostering a positive culture aligned with our values.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in F&B or front desk roles.
• EU work eligibility.
• Bilingual in English and/or French and/or Dutch.

With the Operations Supervisor, you are in charge of the daily set up of the restaurant and participate in the operational activity of the sales points of the establishment, while ensuring the application of health and safety rules. Flexibility on multi-tasking with receptin duties is required.

Your Role:

With the Junior Operations Manager and Supervisor, you will be in charge of greeting guest, doing the check-in and check-out, answer to guest demands and ensure that the Marriott service quality is respected on Day, Evening and Nights shifts as required.

With the Junior Operations Manager and Supervisor, you are in charge of the daily set up of the restaurant and participate in the operational activity of the sales points of the establishment, while ensuring the application of health and safety rules as well as initial breakfats items preparation and full on multi-tasking of the service as well as support on the day where required..

What we ask of you:

• 1 year of experience as F&B Associate or Receptionist
• Allowed to work in the EU
• Bilingual in the following languages: English/ French and/or Dutch
• In-depth knowledge of office management and bookkeeping
