Residence Inn by Marriott Brussels is seeking an enthusiastic F&B Associate to support daily restaurant operations and guest service. You will contribute to a welcoming hospitality experience and collaborate with the team to drive guest satisfaction.

Requirements include 1 year in F&B or similar, eligibility to work in the EU, and multilingual English and/or French and/or Dutch. A collaborative, customer‑focused mindset and problem‑solving skills are essential.

With the Operations Supervisor, you are in charge of the daily set up of the restaurant and participate in the operational activity of the sales points of the establishment, while ensuring the application of health and safety rules. Flexibility on multi-tasking with receptin duties is required.

What we ask of you:

• 1 year of experience as F&B Associate or similar role
• Allowed to work in the EU
• Bilingual in the following languages: English/ French and/or Dutch
