Vertiq Hospitality Partners, on behalf of Residence Inn by Marriott Brussels, is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead the daily restaurant setup and contribute to the hotel’s sales points, while enforcing health and safety standards.

You will work in a fast-paced hospitality environment, require flexibility for multi-tasking with reception duties, and promote a positive work culture aligned with our company values.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as F&B Associate or similar role.
• Allowed to work in the EU.
• Bilingual in English and/or French and/or Dutch.
• Sense of ownership and pride in performance and impact on company’s success.
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility

Responsabilités
