Axis Group is seeking a Business Developer to drive growth in Belgium’s real estate and construction sectors. You will cultivate new client relationships, expand existing accounts, and pursue opportunities with major companies using your commercial acumen.

A hybrid work setup is offered with a strong focus on revenue impact. The role requires at least 5 years in financial services or insurance, Dutch and English fluency, and a licensed broker credential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in insurance brokerage or financial services.
• Fluent in Dutch (Flemish) and advanced English; French beneficial.
• Licensed insurance broker, sub-broker, or agent is advantageous.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• You win new clients while nurturing and expanding relationships across Belgium.
• You identify opportunities with major companies in real estate development and construction.
• You drive the sales process through to closure to meet revenue objectives.
• You maintain client accounts and prepare reports and sales strategies.
• You present solutions to decision-makers at client and prospect organizations.
