Hectare seeks a Business Developer to lead its Walloon activities, covering land finding, negotiations, development, and the sale of homes. You will build a regional network with landowners, brokers, and authorities, while guiding projects from concept to completion within a fast-growing team.

You will be fluent in French and Dutch, with a strong commercial mindset and an entrepreneurial drive; travel within Wallonia is required to expand opportunities and market knowledge.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial and entrepreneurial mindset with an eye for opportunities in Wallonia.
• Affinity with real estate, construction, and project development.
• Experience in real estate, project development, sales, purchasing, or similar commercial roles is a strong asset.

Responsabilités

• Actively search for new opportunities and land in Wallonia and build a network of landowners, brokers, and local contacts.
• Analyze development possibilities and feasibility of potential projects.
• Negotiate land purchases and guide the purchasing process.
• Draft and follow up purchase and sale agreements and translate into concrete agreements.
• Maintain contacts with municipal administrations and local authorities and build a regional network.
• Contribute to project development from concept to feasible plans.
• Follow permits and development processes with partners.
• Collaborate with architects, design offices, and project leaders to complete projects.
• Involve in the sale of completed homes and contribute ideas on positioning and commercial approach.
• Monitor project progress and report to headquarters; identify opportunities independently and expand Hectare in Wallonia.
