Job summary

CEUSTERS in Brussels is seeking a commercially driven Real Estate Consultant to build expertise in industrial and logistics property. You will develop your own client portfolio and manage sales and leasing from first contact to closing.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, is fluent in Dutch, French and English, and has strong networking and negotiation skills. A valid Category B driving licence is required. Real estate experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop your own client portfolio.
• Manage sales and leasing assignments from first contact through to closing.

• Proactively follow up the property portfolio and identify commercial opportunities.
• Stay in close daily contact with owners and occupiers in our portfolio.

Your Role

• Build and develop your own client portfolio.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a commercial role.
• Real estate experience is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• Strong client focus, sound organisational skills and flexibility.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial and commercially minded, with a positive attitude.
• A confident networker and skilled negotiator.
• Able to collaborate effectively while taking ownership of your work.
• A genuine interest in real estate and the drive to keep developing your expertise.
• Fluency in Dutch, French and English is required.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
