Longchamp in Brussels’ Avenue Louise Flagship boutique is seeking a senior retail professional to shape a new role on the floor. You will supervise the sales team, deputise for the Boutique Manager, and own the Ready-to-Wear category with storytelling, visual merchandising, and cross-merchandising with leather goods.

You bring proven team leadership, a sharp eye for fit and fabric, and fluency in French, Dutch and English. This is a senior, autonomous position with real latitude to create impact.

Qualifications

• Senior retail leadership experience, preferably in luxury fashion.
• Ability to supervise and coach a high-flow sales floor.
• Fluency in French, Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coach the sales team daily, ensuring brand standards.
• Deputise for Boutique Manager and handle client complaints when needed.
• Own Ready-to-Wear category: presentation, storytelling, cross-merchandising with leather goods.
