Prada Group in Brussels is seeking a dedicated Sales Expert to promote the Prada brand and deliver an exceptional client experience on the shop floor. You will drive individual and team sales while ensuring stock availability and accurate inventory in line with corporate procedures.

You will build lasting client relationships, maintain brand knowledge, and support omnichannel operations using SAP and the Eureka system. Fluency in French and English is required; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Passion for selling in luxury fashion environments.
• Experience in stock management and retail operational processes.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work both in team and independently.

Responsabilités

• Create a welcoming environment and deliver excellent service to clients.
• Capture customer data in the CRM and develop relationships for future opportunities.
• Engage in cross‑selling to maximize sales and achieve KPIs.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and brand standards.
• Manage stock flow, returns, and transfers according to procedures.
• Support SAP and Eureka system usage for product flow tracking.
