Responsabilités

• Be the client's first impression of the Hermès brand and convey warmth, courtesy, elegance, and simplicity.
• Provide excellent customer service tailored to each client and maintain a pleasant shopping environment.
• Develop sales across all product universes while upholding Hermès quality and service standards.
• Reach out to current and potential customers to build relationships and inform them about new products and services.
• Identify and handle client inquiries and concerns.
