Airswift seeks a seasoned Reactivity Engineer to lead warranty investigations across automotive platforms, drive robust root cause analyses, and ensure timely, effective corrective actions are implemented to prevent recurrence and safeguard customer satisfaction.

You will review warranty data, define internal investigation actions using platforms such as Jira and CAQ, and coordinate with workshop and testing teams, cross‑functional groups, and suppliers, documenting findings and ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electromechanics or a similar engineering discipline.
• Automotive technical and diagnostic experience.
• Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
• Customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and within cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on shop-floor experience (GEMBA).

Key Responsibilities:

• Review customer warranty data and define internal investigation actions using platforms such as Jira and CAQ.
• Support workshop and testing teams during technical investigations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and elevate complex issues when required.
• Lead root cause analysis activities and determine appropriate corrective actions.
• Ensure investigation results are documented and reported within agreed customer timelines.

Must-Have Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Electromechanics or similar engineering discipline.
• Automotive technical and diagnostic experience.
• Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
• Customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and within cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on approach with willingness to work on the shop floor (GEMBA).

Nice-to-Have:

• French and/or Dutch language skills.
• Experience with Jira, CAQ, or similar quality management tools.
• Experience within automotive warranty or quality environments.
