Airswift is seeking an experienced Validation Engineer to define and deliver comprehensive vehicle validation activities throughout the product development lifecycle. You will sign off results at SOP milestones, execute testing plans, and translate requirements into test requests.

You will coordinate testing across Europe, analyse development results, and provide technical feedback to multiple engineering disciplines, leveraging CANape, CANalyser, AVL CRETA, INCA, and MATLAB.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Automotive Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of automotive sector experience.
• Proven experience in automotive testing and validation.
• Strong data analysis and test reporting capabilities.
• Experience with VECTOR CANape, CANalyser, AVL CRETA, INCA, and MATLAB.
• Ability to coordinate technical activities and influence stakeholders.

• Coordinate testing activities, planning, and issue resolution to maintain programme progress.
• Analyse and report development test results, ensuring clear technical feedback.
• Collaborate with multiple engineering disciplines and testing facilities across Europe.

Must-Have Skills:

• Master's degree in Automotive Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience within the automotive sector.
• Proven experience in automotive testing and validation.
• Strong data analysis and test reporting capabilities.
• Experience with industry-standard tools including VECTOR CANape, CANalyser, AVL CRETA, INCA, and MATLAB.
• Ability to coordinate technical activities and influence stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Hybrid Powertrains and Automatic Transmissions.
• Previous technical leadership experience.
• Knowledge of validation facilities across Europe.
