Expleo Group is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team in ensuring production quality and process conformity. The role emphasizes prioritization, analysis, and continuous improvement across the quality control function.

The ideal candidate brings an engineering background with at least 5 years of team leadership in industrial QA, strong communication in French and English, and capability to draft technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience with at least 5 years of team management within industrial quality control.
• Fluency in French and English (professional proficiency required, both oral and written).
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and ability to draft technical documents.

Responsabilités

• Define and assign priorities within the quality control team based on production needs and shipments.
• Ensure production continuity via short-, medium-, and long-term workload analyses and implement related actions.
• Ensure compliance with incoming inspection and conformity of all deliverables.
• Ensure effectiveness of quality control through analyses (e.g., VSM, NAVAS) and develop performance metrics.
• Ensure training plans for the team are followed.
• Possibly perform quality control tasks to support the team as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that, based on production needs and the arrival of shipments, priorities are properly defined and assigned within the quality control team.
• Ensure production continuity through short-, medium-, and long-term workload analyses. In this regard, ensure that relevant actions within the quality control team (related to processes, tools, and resources) are proposed and implemented.
• Ensure compliance with the incoming inspection process and the conformity of all deliverables.
• Ensure the effectiveness of the quality control process through specific analyses (e.g., VSM, NAVAS, others) and the implementation of performance metrics.
• Ensure that the team’s training plans are followed.
• As needed, on an ad hoc basis, required to perform quality control tasks to support the team.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience, with a focus on mechanical or electromechanical engineering, and at least 5 years of experience in team management within industrial quality control;
• Fluency in French and English (professional proficiency required, both oral and written);
• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral);
• Comfortable drafting technical documents;
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and independently;
• Able to play an active role in fostering a strong team spirit;
• Proactive, committed, and enthusiastic;
• Rigorous, methodical, and organized;

Essential Skills

• Knowledge of ISO 1101: geometric tolerances (mechanical parts);
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and EN 9100 standards;
• Problem-solving skills (ISHIKAWA, 5W, 8D);
• Proficiency in process failure analysis (FMEA).

Desired Skills

• Fluency in French and English (professional proficiency required, both oral and written).
