Expleo is seeking a technically skilled engineer to assist feasibility and preliminary studies, collaborating with the Project Engineer. You will prepare documents and plans, work with a project team, and coordinate with external firms to ensure quality.

You will create study plans, report to management, perform design checks, train new colleagues, and contribute to process improvements. A strong Dutch command is essential, with MS Office and CAD proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or A2 diploma in a relevant technical field.
• Basic knowledge of electricity.
• MS Office suite experience and CAD software (3D).
• Smooth, assertive communicator who is customer-oriented and values teamwork.
• Excellent command of Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the feasibility study and preliminary study in collaboration with the Project Engineer. Carry out the design studies independently and provide all the documents and plans needed for the proper execution of the project (Focus on problem-solving thinking/The tasks are carried out with the necessary proactivity)Ensure the quality of the study by using approved equipment, in accordance with standards, norms, and methodologies.
• Creates a personal study plan (based on the planning of your team leader) and reports to the team and project manager. Works in a project team, closely collaborating with the Project Leader, Project Engineer, and fellow designers, where you are taking on a strongly supportive role.
• For certain projects, he/she works closely with external consultancy firms and ensures follow-up while safeguarding quality through checks.
• Based on your expertise and experience:- Carry out quality checks on studies conducted by fellow designers.- Train and guide new colleagues.- Participate in working groups to suggest process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or A2 diploma in a relevant technical field (e.g., electricity, electromechanics, automation, construction, or engineering).
• Basic knowledge of electricity
• Knowledge of the MS Office suite and experience with CAD software (3D)
• Smooth, assertive communicator who is customer-oriented, values teamwork, and is resourceful.
• Excellent command of Dutch
