Médiane Benelux is seeking an experienced Sub-System Manager to lead a major international railway project and coordinate cross-functional activities. You will ensure the sub-system is delivered on time, within budget, and to defined quality standards, while aligning with customer expectations.

You will work in a matrix environment, interacting with engineering, industrialization, sourcing, and integration teams, with limited travel.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering.
• PMP or Prince2 certification is a strong plus.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional activities for a major railway project.
• Manage sub-system stakeholders from requirements to close-out.
• Ensure delivery aligns with customer expectations and QCDP commitments.
• Drive collaboration across engineering, sourcing, RAMS, and supply chain teams.
• Arbitrate conflicts and manage risks, changes, and baselining.
• Represent the sub-system in reviews and client discussions.
