Alstom in Charleroi (Belgium) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multi-project initiatives within the railway sector. You will coordinate a Project Core Team including PrEM, PrPM, PrISM, PrFM, PWM, and PrQSM, ensuring delivery of high-value, technically complex projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include negotiation of variation orders, formalizing planning, risk and cost controls, and regular reporting to the Customer Services Business Director.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (Master) or equivalent in Industrial, Telecom, Electrical, Electronics, Automation fields.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing high-value or technically complex projects in Railway, Automotive and/or Aeronautic industries.
• Experience in international projects and openness to multicultural environments.
• Strong leadership and ability to enrol & motivate internal and external partners; solid communication and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver projects according to QCD commitments as specified at contract signature.
• Enrol, manage and obtain commitments from each member of the Project Core Team.
• Support Customer Director in proposing and negotiating variation orders with the customer.
• Set up organisational rules and pilot planning and resources to meet customer needs.
• Demonstrate performance in scope, time, cost, resources, risk, quality and communication management.
• Report to Customer Services Business Director with weekly updates and contribute to project dashboards and indicators.
