ALTEN Belgium is seeking a Senior Sub-System Manager to lead cross-functional teams on client projects in Charleroi. You will oversee planning, budgeting, risk assessment, and stakeholder coordination, delivering milestones with strong reporting and KPI tracking.

The role requires 7–10 years in project or work package management within rail/transport, aerospace/defense, automotive, or industrial domains, and fluency in English (French a plus). Local travel and remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• Must have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• 7–10 years in project management or work package management.
• Experience in rail/transport, aerospace/defense, automotive, or industrial sectors.
