Tractebel, part of the ENGIE Group, seeks a Medior Engineer in Radiological Characterisation to join its Radiation Protection, Radwaste and Decommissioning Competence Centre. You will deliver radiological characterisation for nuclear installations and support campaigns and studies.

You will work with Doel site teams up to 3 days per week, leveraging Dutch and English language skills and a strong technical background in radiological analysis.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in engineering or sciences.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is an asset.
• 5+ years of nuclear sector experience.
• Willing to work on the Doel site up to 3 days per week.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver projects, tasks and studies in Radiological Characterisation.
• Interface between Doel site activities and the Competence Centre.
• Develop characterisation programmes and follow-up projects.
• Maintain contact with field teams and ensure alignment field/office.
• Support procurement and use of measurement systems and campaigns.
• Share knowledge with clients and colleagues and ensure quality.
